Registration Fee:
There is a one time registration fee of $50.00 for all enrollments.
A current immunization form 3231 is due within 30 days of enrollment.
Payment Policies:
- Your childcare fees are due in advance on Friday for the upcoming week.
- Fees can be paid by personal check, cash, or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover).
- If fees are not paid by Monday at 6:30 pm, a $10.00 late fee will be added.
- If fees are more than TWO WEEKS delinquent, childcare will not be provided until your account is paid in full.
- If your check is returned for any reason, a $30 fee will be added to your account, along with all accrued late fees.
- After two (2) bad checks you must pay with cash or credit card from that point on.
- A two-week written notice of withdrawal is required. Regular tuition rates will be charged for this period if proper notice is not given.
